I attended Scarborough Hospital on Tuesday 9th January 2023 at 3.20pm for an appointment with Mr. Siva due to long standing tinnitus problems. I found Mr. Siva to be very very professional, and very approachable. He explained things to me very thoroughly and the options which I had going forward. I have to say he was one of the nicest doctors/consultants I have seen, and I have seen many over my longstanding medical history dating back to my birth. The nurse in attendance Vicky Connolly was welcoming and put me at ease immediately, her manner was down to earth and was very helpful even even showing me the way out (even though I did not need this) she was not obliged to do so but to anyone unfamiliar to the hospital this would have been most welcome. I found this appointment to be stress free and cannot see how any improvements to their service could be made.

Had a grommet fitted yesterday at Bridlington hospital.Dr Siva was so caring,explained both before and after the operation what was involved and what to expect and do over the coming days and weeks. Woke up after the operation and couldn't believe the difference in hearing in my right ear. Thank you Dr Siva for all you did.

Mr Thiru Siva looked after me well. He explain the operation thoroughly and put me at ease. After the operation he also came to see me to check on my progress and explain what was achieved. Very happy and sunny disposition which is very calming and reassuring. Thank you for your expert care.
